We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to connect students with job opportunities and manage end-to-end placement activities. The role involves preparing students for recruitment, building relationships with employers, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-placement training (resume building, interview prep, etc.).
- Collaborate with employers to secure job opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate placement drives and job fairs.
- Maintain placement records and provide regular reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends.
