Job Description
Job Summary:
The Placement Support Associate plays a vital role in assisting students or job seekers in securing employment opportunities. This role involves coordinating with hiring partners, organizing placement activities, preparing candidates for interviews, and maintaining placement records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about helping individuals achieve career success.
Key Responsibilities:
Placement Coordination:
Assist in scheduling interviews, job fairs, and campus drives in collaboration with employers and internal teams.
Employer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners to identify current and future job opportunities.
Candidate Preparation:
Support students/job seekers with resume building, mock interviews, soft skills training, and job readiness sessions.
Database Management:
Maintain up-to-date records of student profiles, placement status, and employer contacts using CRM or spreadsheets.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate regular reports on placement progress, employer feedback, and candidate performance.
Follow-ups:
Conduct regular follow-ups with placed candidates and employers to track progress and gather testimonials or feedback.
Support Career Services Initiatives:
Assist with career workshops, webinars, and alumni engagement activities as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field..
