Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at GenX Diagnostics, a leading NABL-accredited molecular diagnostics and pathology lab in Malviya Nagar, South Delhi. As a Phlebotomist, you'll play a critical role in collecting blood samples from patients and ensuring their safe transportation to our laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients with precision and care
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Interact with patients and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with our laboratory team to ensure efficient testing and reporting
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sample collection
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
