- Supervise daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate dispensing of medications.
- Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and minimize medication waste or expiry.
- Ensure accurate documentation of prescriptions, controlled substances, and billing records.
- Resolve patient concerns and provide high-level customer service.
