- Teaching and Instruction:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in sociology that align with the curriculum.
- Use various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Develop and utilize diverse teaching materials and resources.
- Curriculum Development and Planning:
- Participate in curriculum development and planning activities.
- Ensure the curriculum is aligned with best practices and relevant standards.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Regularly assess student understanding and progress.
- Provide feedback to students on their performance.
- Prepare and administer assessments, including quizzes, tests, and exams.
- Student Support and Management:
- Value and support students to achieve their full potential.
- Manage student behavior effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive student records and communicate with parents/guardians as needed.
- Professional Development:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in sociology, educational methodologies, and technology.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
- Other Duties:
