- Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the pet sitting facility.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
- Oversee pet care activities, including feeding, exercise, and administering medications.
- Address client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote services and handle bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of pet care activities.
- Manage inventory of pet supplies.
- Handle billing and scheduling.
- Maintaining records for all Animals
- Coordinating Pick up and Drops
- Attending to calls for volunteers
- Coordinate appointment with doctors.
