- Assist the MD with day-to-day tasks and scheduling
- Handle calls with leads and clients, follow-ups
- Create social media posts using Canva
- Manage Instagram posting and engagement
- Maintain lead database, data entry & tracking
- Support in project coordination and admin work
Requirements:
- Good communication in English & Tamil
- Canva & basic design skills
- Confident in making calls & follow-ups
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
