Core Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters.
- Making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Organizing and maintaining files and databases.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination.
- Communication:
- Acting as the first point of contact for callers and clients.
- Managing communication with internal and external parties.
- Other Duties:
- Assisting with research and information gathering.
- Managing and prioritizing workload.
- Maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.
Key Skills:
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work effectively with others.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information with care.
- Problem-solving: Ability to address challenges and find solutions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
