We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Personal Assistant to the CEO who will provide comprehensive executive support and act as a trusted point of contact. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent management and organizational skills, and be capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments effectively.
- Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, and presentations in fluent English.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics for the CEO.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all discussions, documents, and strategic matters.
- Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Provide research and briefing notes to support the CEO in decision-making.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and senior management on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO’s office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management/English/Communications (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
- Professionalism, discretion, and integrity are essential.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant at senior management or CEO level preferred.
