About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, and critical business activities. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience with a background in land acquisition, tender filing, travel bookings, and visa processing. This role demands strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international).
- Handle visa applications, passport renewals, hotel bookings, and flight reservations.
- Experience in land acquisition and tender filing is preferred.
- Draft, prepare, and review reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle all communication (emails, phone calls, correspondence) on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive business and personal information.
- Proactively remind the executive of important commitments, tasks, and deadlines.
- Manage personal calendars including family, healthcare, and social engagements.
- Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
