Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Secretary to support day-to-day administrative, coordination, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist the management in organizing schedules, handling communication, maintaining records, and supporting smooth business and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Draft and manage correspondence including emails, calls, and reports.
Maintain proper filing of important documents and follow-ups.
Coordinate between the management and staff/vendors for task updates.
Assist in purchase follow-ups, order tracking, and inventory documentation.
Prepare production or sales reports and maintain data records.
Handle travel arrangements, courier dispatches, and external visits if required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
