About the Role
We are hiring a Founding People & Operations (HR) Intern — an ambitious, exceptionally smart individual who wants to get hands-on exposure to high-impact HR and people operations. This is not a typical intern role you'll work directly with founders, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive core initiatives across people, culture, hiring, and internal operations.

Founding HR – Roles & Responsibilities
1. People Operations & Infrastructure
Design and implement scalable HR processes and systems from the ground up (HRIS, ATS, payroll, compliance, performance, etc.).
Automate repetitive and manual workflows to increase efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
Set up robust documentation and audit-ready systems for people operations.
Build internal HR dashboards and data pipelines to enable real-time insights and decision-making.
2. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Define hiring strategy across functions in close alignment with founders and business needs.
Own and build a repeatable, data-driven recruitment engine with standardized processes and automation.
Set up systems for structured interviews, performance benchmarking, and candidate assessments.
Establish long-term workforce planning frameworks to support scale.
3. Founders’ Office & Special Projects
Act as a strategic partner to the founders on people-centric projects, leadership development, and org health.
Drive confidential or cross-functional initiatives requiring strong judgment and stakeholder alignment.
Lead change management initiatives as the company grows and evolves.
Own high-impact "zero-to-one" projects across operations, culture, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Final-year undergraduate (2025 pass-out) — must be fully available for 6 months
Excellent communication (written + verbal) — crisp, clear, and professional
