Role :
- Help prepare, update, and maintain blend sheets and tasting records.
- Set up and organise tea samples for tasting sessions; label, weigh, and brew according to instructions.
- Could maintain equipment, cups, kettles, etc.
- Assist tea tasters by preparing samples and noting deviations or errors in blends.
- Refill supplies, keep the tasting area clean, manage pantry items like cups and water, and assist with general upkeep.
