Design, test/ debug and implement RPA solutions using Pega RPA platform.
Create and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.
Should have ability to understand requirements of the automated processes. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand the requirements on need basis.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
Monitor and improve bot performance, applying enhancements where necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA bots in production.
Prepare KB articles for unknown issue and maintain the same for known issue.
Provide production support, including handling incidents, change requests, and root cause analysis.
Respond to issues during on-call support and provide assistance during weekends, as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of strong experience in supporting Pega RPA.
Proficiency in Pega Robotics Studio for workflow creation, scripting, and business logic implementation.
Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, or Java.
Experience in integrating Pega RPA with other enterprise systems.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in production environments.
Proven experience in production support, including incident and change management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with customers.
Flexible to work in shift timings and provide weekend on-call support.
Preferred Skills:
Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or higher certification.
Experience in handling Migrations from lower versions to higher version of Pega Studio.
Knowledge of any other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, Python.
