Job description
- The Paediatric Consultant is responsible for providing medical care and treatment to infants, children, and adolescents
- The role requires the individual to diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and diseases affecting children
- The Consultant must have extensive knowledge and experience in paediatrics and must keep up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
- They will work closely with patients and their families to provide comprehensive medical care and support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medical assessments and examinations to diagnose illnesses, injuries, and diseases affecting children
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as necessary
- Provide ongoing medical care and support to patients and their families
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in medical software and electronic medical records
Qualification:
DM/DrNB/Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care
