We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our apparel manufacturing unit based in Noida, Sector 63. The ideal candidate must be familiar with factory labor laws, statutory compliance, and attendance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle monthly payroll processing for factory staff and workers (wage employees & staff).
2. Maintain and manage attendance records, leaves, and overtime (OT) data.
3. Coordinate with the HR and production departments to ensure accurate data entry.
4. Ensure timely salary disbursement through bank transfers or cash (if applicable).
5. Maintain all statutory registers related to ESI, PF, Bonus, and Gratuity.
6. File monthly statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS etc.).
7. Handle new employee onboarding and generate ESI/PF numbers.
8. Manage full and final settlement of resigned/terminated employees.
9. Respond to employee queries related to payroll, payslips, deductions, etc.
10. Coordinate with auditors during internal or statutory audits.
11. Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other applicable labor laws.
