Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for making the incentives of our sales staff.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees.
Working with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Reconcile payroll accounts to ensure that all transactions are accurate and balanced.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and performance metrics.
Need of Accounts also.
Skills:
Must be proficient in MS EXCEL
Ability to analyze payroll data and identify discrepancies.
Ensuring accuracy in all payroll calculations and record-keeping.
Addressing and resolving payroll-related issues
Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Strong understanding of payroll processing and tax compliance.
