What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end client interactions – from Head Office to on-ground sales teams
- Drive reconciliations, daily reporting & MIS
- Troubleshoot and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate cross-functionally & stick to SOPs and TAT
You are:
- A graduate (Commerce/BBA/MBA preferred)
- A fresher or experienced (0–3 years) in client servicing
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and communication (Hindi & English)
- A team player with strong coordination & follow-up skills
Location: Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai
