Job Description:
The Payment Follow-up Executive is responsible for monitoring outstanding payments, contacting clients, and ensuring timely collection of receivables. This role involves maintaining accurate records, resolving billing discrepancies, and working closely with internal departments to ensure cash flow is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers, clients, or insurance companies for pending payments via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Maintain updated records of outstanding accounts and payment statuses.
- Investigate and resolve payment delays, disputes, or denials (if in healthcare).
- Collaborate with billing, sales, or customer service teams to clarify payment issues.
- Generate and send statements or invoices as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of payment-related updates into the system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on follow-up activities and account status.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–15 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or payment follow-up.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software (e.g., ODOO)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Hindi speaking will add an advantage.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
