About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Payment Executives to join our Payment Department at Eduport. This team plays a vital role in managing and following up on student EMIs post-admission. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and possess good communication skills to engage with parents or guardians and ensure timely collection of dues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with parents/students regarding pending EMIs
- Maintain accurate records of payment schedules and follow-ups
- Coordinate and update the payment tracking system
- Assist in resolving queries related to payment timelines or issues
- Achieve weekly/monthly EMI collection targets
- Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Basic proficiency in English (preferred)
- Graduates preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication)
- Previous experience in payment collection, financial follow-ups, or tele-calling preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle work pressure with empathy and discipline
