The Responsibilities of the In-patient PRE include the following:
Ø Over all Co-ordination of activities on the floor.
Ø To Co-ordinate requirements of patients and the attendants during hospital stay with the Nursing, Dietary,House-keeping and Security staff.
Ø To ensure that patient’s requirements at the time of admission and discharge are met and their stay in the hospital is comfortable and hassle free.
Ø To ensure smooth conduct of admission and discharge procedures.
Ø To brief the patient and the attendant about the services and the facilities available in the hospital and the procedure for follow up after discharge.
Ø To interact with insurance cell to ensure that the patient does not have any problem relating to insurance settlement.
Ø To interact with IP Billing and clarify about any doubt regarding billing and allied requirements.
Ø To coordinate and ensure that the intra hospital transfer of patients is carried without delay or discomfort.
Ø To interact with other Floor Coordinators and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error inpatient-requirements.
Ø To counsel the patient and attendantand when required.
Ø To coordinate and ensure safety and security of patients, attendants and visitors.
Ø Follow the Departmental Protocols /Procedures
Ø To carry out any-other task assigned by-higher authority.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
