Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and office visitors.
- Ensure the pantry and refreshment area are clean, hygienic, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in arranging refreshments for internal meetings and client visits.
- Maintain proper inventory of pantry supplies like milk, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, utensils, etc.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, cups, and pantry equipment regularly.
- Support front office or admin staff during VIP visits or office events.
- Handle pantry equipment (water dispensers, coffee machines, kettles, etc.) safely and efficiently.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene in the kitchen and common areas.
- Follow hospitality protocols, ensuring polite and professional service.
