Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and B2B customers in assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and project clients.
- Drive secondary sales by influencing purchase decisions at project and contractor level.
- Conduct regular market visits, competitor tracking, and generate market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, supply chain) for order fulfilment.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain data through CRM tools (e.g., Bizom).
- Conduct product demos, handle technical queries, and participate in exhibitions and trade events.
