Job Title: Order Packer & Inventory ExecutiveJob Summary:
Responsible for accurate packing of customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining stock records. The role also involves monitoring inventory, updating stock levels, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and neatly as per company standards.
- Ensure all products are packed safely with correct labeling and invoices.
- Prepare parcels for handover to courier/logistics partners.
- Maintain proper inventory records and update stock in the system regularly.
- Assist in stock counting, inwarding, and arranging products in the warehouse.
- Check for product damages, shortages, or mismatches and report them immediately.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area and storage space.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce packing/inventory handling will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge for stock entry and order updates.
- Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in work.
