• Forecasting & Order Management: Develop, implement, and manage robust business processes pertaining to forecasting, order management, production orders, material capacity constraints, stability controls, and vehicle distribution. This includes close collaboration with Joint Venture teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Coordination: Actively coordinate with Sales, Forecasting, Programming, and Order Submission teams to ensure precise alignment with established business agreements and objectives.
• Program Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Product Development (PD), Finance, Sales, Homologation, and IT, to ensure cohesive execution and alignment of initiatives.
• Meeting Facilitation & Support: Provide essential support and facilitate business meetings as required to ensure productive discussions and decision-making.
• Automation Support & Coordination: Assist Ford teams with automation requests and effectively coordinate with Global Data, Insight, and Analytics (GDIA) teams for the successful implementation of automation solutions.
