NetSuite Application
- Maintain the NetSuite application and other related third-party business applications for internal users.
- Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools / applications and new NetSuite modules based on evolving finance & business needs.
- Act as NetSuite SME for managing NetSuite updates, troubleshooting of system errors and resolution and maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integrations.
Partnership with Finance Operations & business teams
- Provide internal NetSuite support for issues / incidents via ServiceNow and new development requests (new saved searches, reports, KPI’s, dashboards, user roles, etc.).
- Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives.
- Help conduct audit walkthrough with internal and external auditors, by explaining business process along with system configuration.
- Create business and technical documentation – customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date.
- Provide change documentation and receiving approval from Change Advisory Review Board.
Monthly Compliance Reporting
- Responsible for compliance reporting and adherence to policies like Separation of Duties, access request processing, and other related requirements.
Requirements
NetSuite Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field experience
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- 3-5 years of experience with NetSuite finance administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments; Salesforce experience a plus
- NetSuite Application Developer Certification
- Suite Billing knowledge
- Experience handling script, integration, and workflow deployments
- Creating or modifying custom workflows & scripts
- Custom records / objects, csv imports, page layouts, saved searches, reports and dashboards
- Experience documenting, gathering audit evidence and working with auditors.
