Project Description:
Our client, a midsized retail company currently live on the full Oracle Cloud HCM suite, is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Administrator with direct experience supporting the Oracle Cloud HR Help Desk module. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity to support their HR Service team with Tier 1 ticketing and end-user support. The client has been live for two years and is looking for a hands-on resource who can help optimize their HR Help Desk usage while also contributing to broader HCM support.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The consultant will work within the HR Service team and serve as the first line of support for system-related issues, with a primary focus on the Oracle Cloud HR Help Desk module.
Responsibilities will include resolving tickets, assisting end users, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring the ticketing experience is smooth and efficient. The role requires frequent interaction with business stakeholders, so strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical issues in a business-friendly manner are critical. In addition to HR Help Desk, the resource may provide secondary support across other HCM modules like Core HR and Compensation
