Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Fusion Agile PLM to join our team.
Job Description
- Lead and execute full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM modules, with a primary focus on Product Development (PD), which includes Item Management, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Product Specifications, and Approved Manufacturer List (AML) management.
- Must have proven functional consulting experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM (Product Development) implementations.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for product lifecycle processes, performing fit-gap analysis and translating these into robust Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM solutions. This includes understanding processes like NPI, change management, document management, and compliance within a PLM context.
- Should possess exceptional business analysis skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM modules, including item types, item classes, attributes, lifecycle phases, workflow definitions (for ECOs, deviations, etc.), security, and user interfaces within Product Development.
- Deep expertise in PLM configuration is essential.
- Design and manage data migration strategies for product data, BOMs, and engineering changes from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Experience with FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and other data import/export tools for PLM is crucial.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and usability of PLM processes and data.
- Strong testing methodology and experience.
- Provide expert guidance and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, including workshops, training, go-live, and ongoing production support.
- Must have strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex PLM concepts effectively to both business and technical audiences.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including other functional consultants (e.g., Manufacturing, Inventory, PIM, Procurement), technical developers, and business stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, R&D, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of product information across the entire Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex PLM-related issues, optimizing system performance and addressing data quality challenges within the product lifecycle management framework.
- Maintain comprehensive functional documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM releases, features, and industry best practices in Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Introduction.
