We're Hiring: Oracle CX Support
Location: India | Experience: 3–5 years
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle CX Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support Oracle CX applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce) and Oracle EBS, working cross-functionally with business teams to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot Oracle CX and Oracle EBS applications
- Conduct root cause analysis and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Stay current with Oracle product updates and enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Management with 3+ years (or Diploma with 5+ years) experience in:
- Oracle Sales, Service, Marketing & Commerce Cloud
- Oracle CX Integration Cloud
- Oracle EBS and PL/SQL
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and customer service mindset
