Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct eye exams to diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses or other treatments as needed.
- Dispense glasses, contact lenses, or other optical devices after determining the best course of treatment for patients' specific needs.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including test results, prescriptions, and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in optometry by attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience as an Optometrist (B.Sc)
- Strong knowledge of optics, refraction, vision science, and related fields.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
