About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Support Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our business processes. The role involves coordinating with different teams, maintaining records, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate with customer support, and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Assist in implementation of new processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Identify gaps in operations and suggest process improvements.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support management in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Commerce, Operations, or related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in operations / administration / support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
