Job Description:
- Handling daily Air Export shipments and their operations.
- Creating Jobs in TMF for every shipment before execution as per the process.
- Co-ordinate with CHA, shipper Transporter & carrier on daily basis for smooth shipments execution.
- Accrue all vendor cost incurred at house & Master level.
- Send system pre-alert to post shipment execution.
- Handling corporate customer shipments as per agreed SOP.
- Send pre-alert as per SLI & agreed SOP.
- Send billing instructions to billing desk within agreed TAT.
- Update & maintain shipments DSR on daily basis.
- Dispatch all invoices to customer as per agreed SOP.
- Milestone & KPI Monitoring
