Job Title: Operations & Social Media Assistant
Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About Us:
We are a Jobs and Study Consultancy based in Kakinada, offering guidance and support to students and job seekers. Our services include study abroad consulting, job application support, resume preparation, and interview training. We are looking for a motivated individual to assist with daily operations and social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls from prospective clients, students, and job seekers.
- Explain our consultancy services and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain and update inquiry logs and follow-up sheets.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the main consultant.
- Manage the Instagram handle by posting updates, replying to messages, and maintaining daily engagement.
- Create basic graphics using Canva (training will be provided if required).
- Maintain client records and assist with form filling and documentation.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and client coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (B.Com, BBA, BA, or similar).
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and basic Hindi.
- Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Canva is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
