Designation: Operations Executive (Shorting Center)
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Industry: Sortation Center (Warehouse)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in parcel receiving, sorting, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure packages are scanned and sorted accurately based on pin codes, routes, and destinations.
- Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams for smooth goods movement.
- Support workforce allocation and shift schedules as per operational needs.
- Maintain proper handling procedures to prevent damage or loss.
- Update tracking systems and generate basic operational reports.
- Assist in monitoring daily targets, timelines, and productivity levels.
Requirements:
- More than 1 years experience in Sortation Center / Warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of inbound, outbound, and bagging processes.
- Familiarity with scanning devices and warehouse systems preferred.
Salary: Up to 30K Inhand + PF + Medical Benefits
