We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Sr. Executive to join our team and support critical user-facing operations. This role involves coordinating service delivery for our newly onboarded users, managing day-to-day operational tasks, and driving engagement and satisfaction across our user community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome calls for newly paid users, clearly explaining the services included in their plan and helping them book their first consultation with a care expert or dietitian.
- Handle daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth execution of user journeys and service coordination.
- Manage interactive user groups and communities by responding to queries, ensuring engagement, and providing timely information or support.
- Take ownership of basic escalation calls, offering empathetic support and quick resolution or routing to relevant teams.
- Lead and manage the Feedback & Testimonial project — from collecting user experiences to working on strategies that boost feedback collection and visibility.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for operational tracking and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
- A user-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in customer service, client handling, or operations will be preferred
