As an Operations Automation Associate in the Financial Reporting Change Team, you will unleash your potential and shape your future by transforming raw data into innovative solutions. You will be at the forefront, collaborating with stakeholders and excelling in low-code environments to improve operational efficiency. You will lead automation initiatives and promote process improvements across Financial Reporting, utilizing your expertise in Alteryx and UiPath to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation workflows.
Job responsibilities
- Works with technology using Alteryx Designer/Server or UiPath Studio/Orchestrator to create the required infrastructure to support the capability of low-code automation
- Supports aspects of the process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement while adhering to the firm’s standards and controls
- Utilizes intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced Certification
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer Certification
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Alteryx or UiPath in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator.
- 8+ years of experience and a proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
- Working experience of basic software development principles
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Sound knowledge of one or multiple intelligence automation applications and/or programming languages

- Bachelor's or higher degree
- Elevated understanding of business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
