About the role:We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to contribute to the efficiency and growth of our operations during their initial 0-1 phase. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of Operations Management.
The charter for this role will include:

• Work closely with the Operations team to identify areas for improvement in workflows and processes, and actively contribute to implementing solutions for increased efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively participate in agile processes, and play a key role in facilitating effective communication.
• Contribute to data analysis, monitor key performance indicators, and play a role in ensuring successful product launches while continuously learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
