Position Overview:
We are looking for a Hindi Language Expert / Annotator to join our team. In this role, you will work on AI/ML data annotation projects involving text, image, and video datasets. Your work will directly contribute to training and improving Generative AI models by ensuring high-quality, linguistically accurate annotations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance in annotations.
- Apply linguistic expertise to handle nuanced or ambiguous content.
- Collaborate with project managers, language leads, and technical teams to maintain quality standards.
- Work responsibly with sensitive content, including PII and NSFW material when required.
- Annotate and review Hindi language datasets (text, image, video) following project guidelines.
Skills & Competencies:
- 1–2 years of experience in annotation, linguistic data handling, or AI/ML projects.
- Strong understanding of Hindi grammar, style, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project needs.
- Experience with annotation tools and platforms is preferred.
- Prior exposure to Generative AI / LLM training data annotation is a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi with excellent reading comprehension (CEFR B2+).
