We're seeking an experienced Officer/Assistant to manage export documentation and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export documentation and SAP knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation
- Utilize SAP system for documentation and data management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
- Graduate degree
- 5 years of experience in export documentation
- SAP knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and internet applications
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
