Full Job Description:
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Executive to handle administrative and clerical tasks, support day-to-day office operations, and assist different departments for smooth workflow. The candidate should be efficient in multitasking, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, reports, and databases.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating events.
- Support HR, accounts, and sales teams in administrative work.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Handle visitor management and provide general office support.
- Ensure proper follow-up on tasks assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in office administration/executive role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic accounting or sales support will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
