Job Title: Office Coordinator (Female Candidates Only)
We are looking for 3 smart, confident, and dedicated female Office Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates should be good at handling office tasks, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls, emails, and visitor queries
- Managing office files, documents, and records
- Coordinating between different departments and staff
- Preparing reports and maintaining data
- Assisting in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (3 positions)
- Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Punjabi/Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Confident, presentable, and responsible
