Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all office areas including workstations, cabins, washrooms, pantry, and corridors.
- Dust furniture, sweep/mop floors, clean glass doors/windows, and remove waste regularly.
- Ensure cleanliness of washrooms and refill toiletries such as soap, tissue, and hand sanitizer.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas like door handles, switches, and work surfaces.
- Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors as required.
- Assist in the upkeep of pantry area – maintaining utensils and kitchen cleanliness.
- Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the Admin or HR team immediately.
- Support in setting up meeting rooms and cleaning after meetings or staff gatherings.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies.
