Job Title: Office Boy
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office premises are clean and tidy.
2. Supporting Staff: Assist employees with various tasks, such as photocopying, sending faxes, and delivering documents.
3. Managing Office Supplies: Maintain office supplies, such as stationery, and restock when necessary.
4. Message Delivery: Deliver messages, documents, and packages within the office or to external parties.
5. General Office Duties: Perform various office tasks, such as opening and closing the office, managing waste, and maintaining office equipment.
Requirements:
1. Basic education (high school diploma or equivalent)
2. Physical ability to perform manual tasks
3. Good communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Reliability and punctuality
