Job Summary:
The Office Boy will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, and maintaining a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in handling files, documents, and other office materials as directed.
- Run errands such as delivering documents, depositing cheques, or purchasing office supplies.
- Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Support staff in photocopying, scanning, or filing documents.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, projector, stationery, refreshments, etc.).
- Handle inward and outward courier services.
- Perform other general office assistance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
- Prior experience as an office assistant/office boy is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to communicate in simple English/Hindi/Marathi (as per company need).
- Physically fit and active.
