Job Title: Office Boy

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, assist in routine office tasks, and take charge of daily pamphlet distribution for a minimum of 2 hours each day to promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pamphlet Distribution:
- Distribute marketing pamphlets in designated areas for a minimum of 2 hours daily.
- Follow the assigned route or location list for distribution.
- Maintain records of areas covered and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Office Maintenance & Support:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office premises including reception, pantry, and workstations.
- Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests as needed.
- Handle basic errands such as delivering documents within or outside the office.
- Support administrative staff in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist in organizing and moving supplies or equipment as instructed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to walk or stand for extended periods during pamphlet distribution.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Working Hours:
4:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 6 days a week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
