* Greet visitors and manage the front desk: answer calls, direct visitors, handle inquiries .
* Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, faxes, and packages .
* Maintain both physical and digital filing systems—creating, organizing, and retrieving documents .
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage shared calendars * Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations .
### Requirements
###Education & Experience
*Any Degree
* 1–3 years of relevant office or administrative experience preferred
### Skills & Abilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills .
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail .
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Customer-oriented with professional demeanor at the front desk.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
