Job Title: Clerk / Office Assistant
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and data management using MS Excel
- Handling emails and maintaining correspondence
- Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports
- Organising and managing office files and records
- Assisting in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordination with internal departments for information and documentation
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of email handling and internet browsing
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
