- Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Support HR and accounts team with basic data entry and documentation.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Perform other clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
