Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration including filing, documentation, courier handling, and office upkeep.
- Track, maintain, and replenish office inventory such as stationery, pantry, and consumables.
- Handle procurement of office supplies by sourcing vendors, comparing quotations, and coordinating timely deliveries.
- Assist in finance-related tasks like collecting and depositing cheques, submitting bills, and coordinating with accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and expenses with regular reporting to management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support management in miscellaneous tasks, errands, and any additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
