Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for OEM segment growth.
Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts within the territory.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
Drive revenue growth through direct sales of products, services, and solutions to OEMs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target OEM companies.
Develop and present tailored solutions to meet the specific technical and business needs of OEM customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies and revenue objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for OEM accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address customer feedback, concerns, and needs in a timely and effective manner.
Coordinate with the supply chain and production teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
